ROLES
Overview
C4EBridge registers four user roles upon installation. Through the use of user roles, you can provide varying levels of access to your C4EBridge admin panel and the LMS content on your site. The C4EBridge LMS Managers are granted full C4EBridge capabilities so that your admins can do everything possible in C4EBridge.LMS Managers
Learning Management System (LMS) Managers have the most administrative rights in C4EBridge and can assign various roles and rights to other users. LMS managers can create and edit all courses, templates, reporting, memberships, engagements (achievements, certificates, and emails), forums (topics, replies, forum settings, forum tools), all users, and LMS Settings. LMS Managers can drill deeper into learner activity by accessing the reporting panel which includes (but is not limited to) course enrollments, course completions, grades, recent events, memberships, achievements, certificates, assignments, quizzes, and average progress. Additionally, LMS Managers can easily filter and/or export analytical reports. The dynamic dashboard provides a visually appealing, at-a-glance overview of charts and graphs that show user course participation including enrollments, course completions, assignments, quizzes, and trending courses.Instructors
The Instructor role is typically assigned to the person who is developing the course and managing forums. Similar to LMS Managers, Instructors can use their dashboards to view at-a-glance course participation, as well as assignments, and quizzes of the students enrolled in their courses. In addition to developing courses, Instructors also have access to:- Create and edit memberships that they have been assigned to by the LMS manager or have created themselves.
- Edit forum topics and replies, if an LMS Manager has assigned an instructor as a forum role of Key Master or Moderator.
- View users in the system who are enrolled in their courses.
- View and export analytic reports.
Instructors cannot edit user profiles.
Students
Students are those learners and users who have registered accounts, have had accounts created for them by an LMS Manager, or have been provided vouchers by an LMS Manager. Students can only view the content of courses and memberships they are enrolled in and edit their own user profile information. A student’s dashboard is a visual summary of their courses, achievements, certificates, and memberships. From the dashboard, users can access their courses, view their grades, review course notifications, and more.Functions | Description | PREMIUM account LMS Manager Role | PRO and PREMIUM accounts Instructor Role |
