MANAGE CATEGORIES

If you have a C4EBridge Premium or Enterprise account, you can manage your saved categories by accessing COURSES > MANAGE TEMPLATE > CATEGORIES from the top navigation:

From the Editor Categories table, the following options help you to filter, search, and customize your display, allowing you to access and manage your saved categories more efficiently:

  • Access your Screen Options menu.
  • Add a new category.
  • Apply a bulk action to selected saved categories.
  • Apply a bulk action to selected saved categories.
  • Search for a specific category.

SCREEN OPTIONS

Use the Screen Options menu to tailor your display on the Editor Categories table, choosing to hide/display specific columns, set your number of items per screen, and select your preferred view mode:

To collapse this pop-up, select SCREEN OPTIONS again.

ADD NEW CATEGORY

The Add New Category pane allows you to easily create a new saved category directly from the Editor Categories table. From this pane, add a title and slug, select a parent category (if desired), add a description, then click ADD NEW CATEGORY to save your category:

Your saved category will then appear on the Editor Categories table.

BULK ACTIONS

The Bulk Actions menu allows you to apply a bulk action to selected saved categories. Simply click the check box to select multiple categories, select DELETE from the BULK ACTIONS dropdown, and click APPLY to perform your bulk action:

When hovering over any saved category, that category’s actions menu will appear, allowing you to edit, access Quick Edit to quickly edit the category title and slug, delete, or view your category:

SEARCH

Search for specific saved category by title by typing in the search field and selecting the SEARCH CATEGORIES button:
