ALL ENGAGEMENTS
OVERVIEW
Engagements are for Premier and Enterprise account holders.
To manage your saved engagements, from the top navigation, access ADMIN > ENGAGEMENTS > ALL ENGAGEMENTS:SCREEN OPTIONS
Use the Screen Options menu to tailor your display on the Engagement pages, choosing to hide/display specific columns or set your number of items per screen: To collapse this pop-up, select SCREEN OPTIONS again. From the All Engagements page, the following options help you to filter, search, and customize your display, allowing you to access and manage your memberships more efficiently:- Search for a specific engagement
- Filter based on All, Mine, Published, or Drafts
- Filter using All dates
- Apply a bulk action to selected engagements
- Edit, Quick Edit, or Trash an engagement
SEARCH
Search for a specific membership by typing in the search field and selecting the Search Engagement button: To view all the engagements again, either select the All option or remove the text in the search box and select the Search Engagement button again:FILTER
Filter by All, Mine, Published, and Draft engagements, or TrashALL DATES
Using the ALL DATES dropdown, you may filter your engagements by a specific month:
BULK ACTIONS
The Bulk Actions menu allows you to apply a bulk action to selected engagements. Simply click the check box to select multiple engagements, choose your desired action from the BULK ACTIONS dropdown (Edit or Move to Trash), and click APPLY to perform your bulk action:ACTIONS MENU
When hovering over any engagement, that engagement’s actions menu will appear, allowing you to edit and access Quick Edit and Trash: Use Edit to return to the EDIT ENGAGEMENT page to make any necessary adjustments. Quick Edit allows you to quickly edit the engagement title, date, status, and other quick edit options. After you complete the edits, ensure you select the Update button: If you move an engagement to the Trash, the trash filter appears: From the Trash filter you can either restore or permanently delete the engagement. Depending on which filter you select, you will have bulk actions, filters, and hotlinks related to the option you chose. For example, if you filter to the Trash, you have a button EMPTY TRASH:The Empty Trash button will permanently delete all engagements in the list, and you will not be able to restore them.
You can restore engagements or delete an engagement one at a time using the hotlink below the title: Or select multiple engagements and either restore or delete permanently by using the Bulk actions drop down menu:
