ALL TOPICS
To manage all discussion forum topics, access ADMIN > FORUMS > ALL TOPICS from the top navigation:
From the All Topics table, the following options help you to filter, search, and customize your display, allowing you to access and manage your discussion forum topics more efficiently:
- Access your Screen Options menu.
- Add a new forum topic.
- Filter using the status filters.
- Apply a bulk action to selected topics.
- Filter using the ALL DATES or IN ALL FORUMS dropdown.
- Hover to access a topic’s actions menu.
- Search for a specific topic.
SCREEN OPTIONS
Use the Screen Options menu to tailor your display on the Topics table, choosing to hide/display specific columns or set your number of items per screen:
To collapse this pop-up, select SCREEN OPTIONS again.
CREATE NEW TOPIC
The Create New Topic button allows you to easily create a new forum topic from the Topics table. On the Create New Topic screen, add a title and your topic text:
From the Topic Attributes panel, you can select your topic type, status, and which forum to publish this topic to:
You can also add tags to your topic using the Topic Tags panel:
Once your changes are complete, click PUBLISH on the Publish panel:
STATUS FILTER
Filter by All forums, your forums only (‘Mine’) and forums that have been published:
BULK ACTIONS
The Bulk Actions menu allows you to apply a bulk action to selected topics. Simply click the check box to select multiple topics, choose your desired action from the BULK ACTIONS dropdown (Edit, Move to Trash, Spam)), and click APPLY to perform your bulk action:ALL DATES AND IN ALL FORUMS
Using the ALL DATES dropdown, you may filter your memberships by a specific month:
