Hovering over any course in the table reveals the Course Action Links: Edit Course Settings, Build TOC, Trash, View, Clone, and Export. Each of these action links are explained in greater detail below:

  • Edit Course Settings: Allows you to access and edit your course details.

  • View: Navigates to the COURSE INFORMATION screen, where you can view the Course Summary and navigate to Edit Lesson Settings, and edit Course Builder (TOC).
  • Clone: Allows you to create a duplicate copy of your course, which appears on your table as a draft. Cloned courses feature course information/settings, sections, lessons, quizzes, and access plans identical to the course it was copied from.
  • Export: Allows you to export entire courses. Exports can be used to back your course content and includes course Author information, settings, featured images, categories/tags/tracks, and descriptions; all sections; all lessons; all quizzes; and all access plans.

You may export single courses by selecting EXPORT from the MANAGE COURSES table:
